I truly sympathize with those who have uncontrolled thoughts. This issue was so bad with me (before my amalgam removal that I had to read a single paragraph 3 to 5 times before being able to comprehend it. It was horrible.

There is hope though. This problem went away completely once my amalgams were removed.
