MY GRANDFATHER PAST AWAY TODAY. ELMER CAUDILL WAS A REMARKABLE MAN FOUGHT IN WW2 AND WAS A DEDICATED PREACHER,HUSBAND,FATHER,GRANDFATHER AND FREIND. WE APPREICIATE ALL THE PRAYERS AND WE WILL NEED THEM OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS.GOD TOOK HIM PEACEFULLY WHILE SLEEPING AND THE ONLY COMFORT I HAVE IS KNOWING WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT HE MADE IT TO HEAVEN AND IS OUT OF PAIN WALKING THE SHORES OF HEAVEN WITH JESUS. HI Melissa, I am very sorry for your loss <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />. But how amazing to have had someone like that in your life! And to feel reassured of where he must be now. Doesn't make it necessarily easy, but there would be some comfort in your pain in knowing this. Sounds like a wonderful man and the world sure needs people like that, now more than ever! You feel almost honored for knowing them. Our loss when they leave us, but their gain when you consider what comes next, which is the hope of every believer. Taking off the old and putting on the new. No more aged or sick body.
