The book The Cancer Cure That Worked! quotes the Pulitzer Prize book, The Social Transformation of Medicine, as saying:
"Between 1900 and 1940, the primary sources of financing for medical research were private. Private foundations and universities were the principal sponsors and hosts of basic research. The most richely endowed research center, the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research, was established in 1902 and by 1928 had received from John D. Rockefeller $65 million in endowment funds."
"The other major private sponsors of research were pharmaceutical companies, which grew rapidly after the 1920s. . . An estimate in 1945 put the research expenditures of the drug companies at $40 million, compared to $25 million for the foundations, universities, and research institutes."
The Rife Report - The Cancer Cure That Worked - Fifty Years of Supression; pg 30
This compelling book tells of the coverup of The Rife Report which attributes cancer to microorganisms. It says these organisms can only be seen under certain lighting conditions using a specially designed microscope (The Rife Microscrope). The book also states that the electron microscope is not able to "see" these organisms. The book offers a mass of compelling research the seems to confirm these conclusions.
This is a fast-moving book which is difficult to put down. I highly recommend it.

------------------
Russ Tanner
of Herb Allure
