Dawn, have you run out of DMSA? SeekNatural can take a while to send it sometimes. I briefly tried chelation with ALA on its own myself. I felt dreadful, very much how you've described. I decided that I need to use the DMSA as well as ALA because it seems to grab the mercury and pull it out of me in a way that ALA does not.
