It's really difficult to know what to eat. I have trouble with fruit and I think milk is causing me some rhinitis. Also I have to watch the carbs as I have hyperglycemia symptoms. Eggs make me feel bad do I don't eat them. I eat bread, but I don't know if that is good for me because of the yeast, and I think I have candida.

At the moment, I don't know what to eat for the best. I'm eating a lot of potatoes, rice, pizzas, but they are very high in carbs. I'm trying to eat more salads and limit the amount of cheese. I have cereal and am now using soya milk instead of cows and I have soups.

But it's really hard to know what to eat, especially being vegetarian.

It is distressing to see such a long list of good food considered "poisonous" to this sufferer. What is there left to eat? Highly restrictive diets are no good in the long run, never mind trying to stick to them & deal with cravings. Let us try to find a humane, sensible solution.

I heard a nature-type doctor (N.D.) on the radio say, and I have also read this in Wallach's book on minerals, that selenium is an antagonist to mercury. Increasing selenium consumption through supplements might be a good start.
