Took my first b12 shot today. Felt generally and mentally better after it but it didnt do a thing to the burning pain.
Any experiences? And which kind of b12 did you take? Mine was the ordinary kind (or actually it had also some b1 and b6 in it) Thanks

I only took one injection, and I know it's supposed to be a series, but I felt like it might have made my fatigue worse. Not sure, as my fatigue fluctuates between bad and worse all the time, but that was my experience. I've also tried liquid B vitamins as well as yeast-free tablets and Stress tabs, all of which DEFINITELY made me feel more tired...is that even possible?!

I dont get this. Yesterday after I got the first shot I was feeling quite okay mentally. Today that has totally changed, I suddenly have crushing depression. Any idea what might be going on here?! First it helps, then it makes me worse? Or does this mean that I should get those shots everyday? Any thoughts?

Don't know about the shots but I take sublingual b-12. When I was so sick 7 months ago, I tryed taking the b-12 and it made me feel worse for a little while. I had been reading on acid reflux and b-12 is suppose to help it, but in larger doses. So I doubled the dose and it did help the reflux. It has also helped me with energy, depression, etc. I take alot of supplements so could be the combo of all of them. Hope you feel better soon! Rachel

I have a theory about why some people feel worse temporarily soon after getting a B12 injection. These people tend to be anemic and deficient in B12. When the body gets the B12 it has needed, it may be rushing to produce more red blood cells. This may be a tiring experience.

At the Pfeiffer Treatment center they look at a process called methylation. People that are undermethylated get worse when they take folic acid or vitamin B12. http://www.alternativementalhealth.com/articles/walshMP.htm"One thing that is absolutely certain is that methionine and/or SAMe usually harm low-histamine (overmethylated persons)..... but are wonderful for high-histamine (undermethylated) persons. The reverse in true for histadelic (undermethylated) persons, who thrive on methionine, SAMe, Ca and Mg..... but get much worse if they take folates & B-12 which can increase methyl trapping."

I've consistently run into this information when doing parasite research on the net:
"The fish tapeworm is the largest of the human tapeworms, reaching the length of 33 feet or more. There can be 3,000 to 4,000 segments in one worm. It can produce more than 1,000,000 eggs a day. This type of infestation can cause anemia because of interference with vitamin B12."
Perhaps a cause for concern. Fish tapeworm. Look it up.

I read on Hulda Clark's website that ONE big dose of CQ10-3000 mcgs should kill tape worms. Has anyone tried this?

Step by step, that's how you achieve success.
