Yeah, I know all about PH values. Its tricky to get to grips with at first, but once you get the hang of the idea, its pretty simple.

It has a whole program for alkalising the body. I found it very clear and understandable. To start with he recommends doing a veg juice fast for upto 10 days, or as long as you can manage. I did 7 days. This is a major alkalising kick start for your body. I did exactly as the book recommended and I did it at the same time as my humaworm parasite cleanse. I found the veg cleanse relatively easy, but my digestion was so badly screwed at that time that didn’t really matter what I eat, whatever I ate made me sick, so I needed to do this. I say relatively because……….its not easy and needs some dedication!

However, it worked wonders for me, and this veg cleanse was also part of the big turn around I had with the parasite cleanse and the cat experiment, when I finally started healing. PH was all part of it and my understand of PH values and alkalising the body played a big part in helping and motivating me to stick to the program.

I started learning about PH values on curezone, from a strange bloke called Askmoreless. He had a cool website, but….its closed now…ho hum. But I guess if u surf his thread you can pick up some hints…….but the book is an excellent place to start.

Colonics: ummmm, yes…I must say I did not like the idea of colonics, not one iota. Bit a headfunk for me really, butt once you done one of them, its no big deal. Cleans u out good and proper. If u constipated you should do one prior to the parasite cleanse. If u get clogged up during the Paras cleanse then u should do one, otherwise all those dead bugs get clogged up inside and can re-absorb….nasty really…..no, you need to keep things moving…………..

Because I got clogged up on my last cleanse I will be doing this bowel cleanse at the same time as the paras cleanse. (I have not used this before so I don’t know if it is any good.)
