You need to make sure you don't have amalgam pieces 'hiding' under your composite filling. Panoramic X-Ray could help with this.
Do you eat a lot of seafood (canned tuna etc.)?
Why do you believe you have candida?
BTW: How old were you when your symptoms appeared for the first time?
