Hi Finn you need to get a blood test done. I got mine at my GPs, they picked it up two years ago, and for a start I got a shot weekly, eventually I think it goes to monthly. I started to feel much better. I think I remember you saying you had been diagnosed with CFS, which was my original diagnosis. Because we changed practices, they didnt organise them again. Now we seem to be at a really good practice. As I said it can be an inherited thing that you dont absorb B12 cos you have something missing called the Intrinsic factor or it can be caused by a Thyroid condition. My GP is checking both these out for me. If you go onto a site about B12 or Pernicious Anaemia or Thyroid, you'll see the horrific physical and mental symptoms they can cause. Im just working through my body bit by bit at the moment and trying to fit the bits together. But your GP can definately do a blood test for you. I just think ok I still dont know the root cause for sure yet, but if I find something is wrong and I work on that and it makes me feel better. Thats the way Im going, then if I still need to chelate it should be easier, but maybe not necessary. Good luck mate Love Tracy xxxxx ps If you have the Itrinsic factor missing you will never absorb it orally, it's not possible without this.
