This website may help you figure out if your thyroid or adrenals or both are off. Might be helpful to read the notes at the bottom. http://www.drrind.com/scorecardmatrix.asp Does anything on here sound like your situation? Is this site helpful? For me, a couple things really point to adrenals, but thyroid symptoms are present too. TW

This is where Dr Peatfield comes out top Tubleweed, cos he checks all this kind of stuff and basically goes through your whole history and diet, basically everything. I would advise anyone in England if they can afford it to see him, sorry mate cant remember where you come from Love Tracy xx

Hi tracy: That sounds great that you are seeing an expert! If he can help you feel better, he is worth his weight in gold! Please keep us posted on what treatments Dr. Peatfield recommends for thyroid, and especially adrenals. I live in U.S. so it might be hard to visit. Really, this is one of my last hurdles, I feel better, and my blood levels suggest I am healing. But never hurts to hear more suggestions. Thanks for responding.
Thanks Kako too for the sites - I am checking these out, and might be worth trying. Intriguing about the oxygenated water, because I have heard other reports that some amazing healing can come from using products like this. Just want to be safe though with whatever you use.
I would like to hear as much as I can on what works for adrenals and thyroid - especially naturally.

Hi Tracy. Ahhhh’m just looking into all this adrenal & thyroid stuff at the moment. I got a load of tests done and I defo have moderate adrenal fatigue and some thyroid issues too. All seems a bit tricky to me & not too sure how to fit all this in with all the other stuff I got going on. My local doctor is a idiot. This Dr Peatfield, have you dealt with him? I googled him and unfort he doesn’t practice near me. But it says he will send me a questionnaire to fill in, he will review and look at tests then give advice over the phone. Have you done this? Is he any good? Is he a specialist, guru, leading light, or just someone who has helped you?
Anyone else recommend someone for adrenal/thyroid in Hertfordshire or central London.

Dear Sunshine he was reccommended to me by several people, I know a friend of Dawns has been to see him and he sorted her out. He actually travels all over the country , so may be near to you at some point. He just happens to be in my area in a couple of weeks, but I think a consultation is advisable as he looks into your thyroid, adrenal, past medical history and diet ect. It may be worth you getting in contact and asking if he is coming anywhere near to where you live in the future and book an appointment, even if you decide to cancel, cos he gets booked up very quickly. I know some folks seem to be able to figure things out for themselves and try different things, but I dont seem to have much luck with that and Im just tired of guessing myself. I need some sort of advice and back up. Lots of Love Tracy xxx ps He is pretty old and seems to have lots o knowledge. I have splken to him on the phone and he seemed so concerned and caring

Tracy: finally got hold of Dr Peatfield. Finally he came back from holidays and finally I got an appointment and saw him on Tuesday.
I agree, he really knows his stuff. He figured out what I was doing wrong. I have restarted taking ACE on much lower dosages so will see how that pans out.
Thanks for the recommendation. If anyone else needs Thyroid/adrenal help in the UK….Dr Peatfield should be helpful. Google him.

Thanks for that. He has a clinic not too far from me so I am wondering whether to see him now, or to wait until I get my amalgams out. What do you think? I have recently discovered that i have a bad candida problem after going on the diet to prepare for the dental treatment, and then breaking it.........BAD! So now I am tightened up on the diet and am using coconut oil.
