I would go for it , just for the fact that even if you lose the case the publicity would bring the spot light on the whole amalgam issue ,and help other people that are unaware that they too may be poisoned , I just wish that I was in the position to do so.
I had most of my amalgams installed when I was in the military and can not sue the military as part of my retirement contract ,but if any one knows of a class action law suit against the A.D.A I would definitly like to get in on that one for sure?
