You know, I'd like to be able to give a good answer, but I have none. Technically, I probably never went on the diet. That's how big a cheater I am!!!

The anti-candida diet is anti-fun, for sure.

But when I was doing poorly, and tried hard to straighten up, I think it took a week or so. Wish I had a better answer for you.
