>>> My second point is, will goji berries help with getting mercury out.
No, but they can help you feeling better.
>>> Also, will cacao beans help?
I think they can make you feel better but won't help with detox.
>>> I live in the Uk and they can be bought from detoxyourworld and in the description of cacao beans it says they can help with mercury detox.
How do they back up this claim?
>>> One filling could not be removed, the dentist told me it would be impossible, as it covered nearly the entire tooth and in general, it would be too difficult, but he pulled the others out. they were replaced with white fillings.
Maybe he can't remove it but a more skilled dentist could do this.
>>> Also, I think goji berries may contain ALA which might help with it, I read some articles mentioning ALA and mercury, I dont know the full story on it though.
Food does not contain enough ALA to detox you. If you want to use ALA you need to remove ALL your fillings and detox your body first. Then you can use ALA every 3 hours around the clock to detox your brain. You need to use it that way otherwise you will move mercury in the brain which is very bad. Before you use ALA study the Andy Cutler chelation protocol otherwise it's too risky.
>>> Also, why do people not reccomend chlorella ?? for example, some people will eat dougnuts and coffee for breakfast, and some people will have a vegetable juice with chlorella, so even if the chlorella is bad for you, its better than most foods. Any thoughts on that point ?
Chlorella is a good supplement for healthy non-mercury toxic people. It's not harmful but it can stir up mercury and this can do damage to you. Often Chlorella is also contaminated with heavy metals such as mercury.
