They don’t have time for the empathy that we find helpful here on herballure. That doesn’t mean they don’t have it, it means they don’t have time for it because they so busy on the technical side of mercury problems. They answer a lot of questions and very quickly too. Stenphanie spent a lot of time with my hair test, I had multiple questions, so I only have the utmost respect for them all.
