Hi Russ,

I definitely believe that God has lead me to the truth about mercury fillings. I've usually been a very strong person, worked hard at school and college, determined not to let my anxiety get in the way. But last five or six years, I've been feeling really down and increasingly lost the "fight", and just praying to God that I can get through somehow.

It's hard to tell whether it was the root filing, which put a huge chunk of amalgam in my mouth about 7 years ago, or my grandmother's death, but I've lost a lot of enthusiasm and work-drive. I'd say probably a combination of both. I think that God has answered and lead me to this board, and that getting the fillings done will help me get my strength of character back.

I've always been "mature" for my years too, and a few people have said I should have been a psychiatrist.

I'm definitely encouraged now to get the fillings replaced. When you hit the bottom, which is pretty much where I've been the past few years, then the only way up is to take action, even though it can seem like it's a mountain to climb, not a hill. But the hope that I can get the constant anxiety and mind-hiccups to be reduced, is a hope I never thought possible without drugs.

You definitely are a person with answers, and I'm sure everyone here appreciates that you and Laura share your knowledge with us, and not only help us practically, but also give support. It means a lot.
