I opted to pull the last four I had. I have stage 4 periodontal disease and would have lost them anyways. I was also afraid of the exposure because I was already so sick. My dentist first said no and then when he looked at them he decided to extract them instead. This was fine with me and I had already had one removed a few years ago by him and he did a wonderful job. This time was good too, he did alot of scraping and cleaning and no infections and I healed real nicely too. I can't tell ya what to do but I would probably pull the big one and have the small one filled. Oh also I prayed alot too!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smilieteleport.gif" alt="" />
