Coffee was a must give up item about 5 years ago. I used to drink it all day long in 20's and slowly decreased this amount over years. At end, as I went mercury toxic, I was down to a 1/2 cup, and this little bit would set me over the edge! No good at all. Now I drink none, but --
1. I think it can be healthy to drink a little bit if it doesn't mess you up. Lots of studies seem to point to positive benefits in helping prevent Parkinson's and certain cancers. 2. After you get the mercury out, maybe it won't cause anxiety like when you are still chelating. 3. I drank healthy teas for awhile - like them, but not the same. 4. I may never drink coffee again, but I would like to try it someday as a test. If I don't go bonkers, that means I am really getting better!
