Hey IG 06:
Sunshine and BG have good posts. I know how you feel about the frustrating search for answers, and how you can drop money on all kinds of stuff - some of which you say to yourself later, "Ooops, we could have skipped that one. What a waste of $."
So, that said, I bought Cutler and Huggin's book and never regretted it. I bought a bunch of others too, but you would do very well with just those alone. When I first got it, I read Cutler's book over and over - it was amazing to me that this guy was describing my symptoms to a "T"!
For my first 40 years on earth, I don't ever remember feeling anything but calm and normal most the time. But, at some point, I believe when I hit toxic overload, a different feeling crept in, a feeling of unrightness, a kind of feeling of anxiety and with the weird triggers of grocery stores, or places with long halls, flourescent lighting, sensory overload from too many products on the shelves, whatever, I felt like I could fall over dead. I believe it had something to do with balance, and I researched vestibular disorders. I still feel mercury can affect your sense of balance, and with that can leave you in a state of anxiety just because it is such a critical function to the body.
