I dont want to upset anybody with this observation, but it seems to me during my reading of post after post in this forum that two things are apparent.
1. People have health issues that correctly, or incorrectly, they want to blame it on mercury and candida.

2. I have yet to see a definitive list of symptoms. Some sporadic ones yes, but does anyone have a true medically proven list? Id very much like to know, or get a link to those for my own knowledge.

Personally my story is that I have had random bad palpitations(pvc's I think), bad GERD, tremors/muscle spasms, and constant anxiety with panic attacks (the anxiety seems to be a chicken or the egg type thing with the palpitations).

Ive had numerous medical tests and settled for Xanax to calm the anxiety and a modified diet for the GERD. Because I think wetern medicine treats symptoms more often than the causes, I kept searching for an answer... and since everything kept pointing back to symptoms of low magnesium, or a thyroid disorder, I somehow found this forum and the mercury issue.

Dont get me wrong, Im ALL for this forum, and because of it I just yesterday spent $500 on having my amalgam fillings all replaced. But does anyone have a concrete list of symptoms of toxicity? or at least a list based on lots of solid empirical evidence?

You know how it is when you try something for your condition, whatever it may be, only to meet another dead end, and then you feel down about it. I guess Im looking for links or comments about more tangible objective data and less of the subjective non-specific sort of discussion. I want to know Im going in the right direction with this suspicion of mercury.

As an example,I just read an old post about mercury causing low blood volume which then causes adrenal gland issues.
It was just a random post, and got me to think ...what about if that exact problem was 10% of the problem that people have here, as an example? That would be 10% of the people who could be confident they were headed in the right direction.
I just am hoping someone has a comprehensive list of symptoms and the mechanism for how those symptoms occur, or if not, we should all work on making one thats either medically sound, or at least that overwhelming empirical data supports.

Thanks for reading and sorry for the long post.
