Hi Mikey, thanks heaps for the kind welcome! Feels really good to be back on here as well. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> I hope it lasts. I didn't feel complete without the forum, so goes to show how attached I have become.

I haven't been quite "so" bad lately and crossed fingers that things won't get worse again. Have cheated on diet though, but am hoping the backlash won't be so severe as it has been.
