hi and welcome to the forum, you'll find lots of good info in this forum , as for myself I have not used algin but there are forum members that have , the only advise that I can give is when you start your suppliments , only start one at a time and see how you do on it for several days before starting the next one , if you start all your suppliments together and have a reaction then you will not be able to know which one is causing the problem , you may also want to start a journal so you can track your progess , hope this helps
