Hi TW, yeah I find that if I avoid old world grass grains - wheat, oats, rye, barley, millet, rice, apples and pears, I seem to get some warmth flowing through my hands again. So there must be something to this.

But the other day I ate some rice and wham, I went cold and got the blue nails. Right now they are very warm. But I have to watch my diet big time.

I have exercised, but have gotten very sick from it. The virus I have has given me post viral fatigue and when I push myself to do what I "think" is good, it proves deterimental to me. I started to do some bushwalks with my father and have ended up with chest constriction and a massive stirring up of toxins/metals and am now a mess. Been crying and tasting metals. Ended up in emergency pharmacy because I couldn't breath properly (the other night) and was given oxygen and sent home with ventalin.

So for sure, the exercise for me has to be limited and monitored. I have not had asthma for years, and to have this suddenly occur after the bushwalks along with the chest restriction is a bit of an alarm to me. No more!

I still have this after days of rest. And it's not worth it. I think I will stick with flat walking (no hills) and some light rebounding and leave it at that.

If it was just mercury? I'd probably get the stirring of toxins, but not this (as I used to).

INteresting to read about the mees lines though and little to no moons. Other people around me have these normal nice looking nails and I used to wonder why mine were different, now I think I know!
