mees too, horizontal, not vertical. Much better after lots of chelation though. Actually had a tiny brown hole in one thumbnail that showed up immediately after the big mercury poisoning epsiode. Gone now though. Just a couple little dents left. Still gets real dry around the thumbnails now and then, I think it is related.
