I believe the adrenals take a hit while the body detoxes mercury. There is a practitioner on another forum who believes that adrenals / thyroid should be checked and supported before amalgam removal and detox / chelation, because even if they were OK before, they will get stressed with the detox process.

Without wanting to sound like a broken record, are you taking any adrenal support? Adrenalin rushes, irritability and panic attacks are adrenal symptoms....
