Im just curious, does thye blood type diet really work? NOt necassaily to loose weight per se but does it help you feel better? I had a food panel allergy test done with Yorl laboratories about a year ago and the only things that came up as "moderate" sugar cane, bananas and eggs. Also, can allergies change over the years? I took the same test 7 yrs ago and the allergens were completely different. Thanks for the help! Diane

I think the blood type diet is totally legit, it sure rings true for me. I am 0+ and a real protein lover....although I am not eating any on my cancer diet. Red meat should be limited to no more than 1-2 servings per week, and only grass fed. Beef fed with corn contains aflatoxins and they cause fungus and cancer.

Yes, allergies changes over time, as your health changes. They come and go instep with your health. Generally the healthier you are the less allergies you have and visa-versa
