Thanks for the answers i will deffinantly look at the liver flushes.I had my gallbladder removed and had pancreatitis back in 92 so i never really thought about the liver. It just struck me weird 'cuz this is yet another new symptom.I had a upper and lower G.I done last year because of all the heartburn and they didnt find anything.I woke up this morning a little better not the intense pain just the bruised feeling.I guess just another new one for me.I guess being lucky with not having cramping periods for 25 yrs is over. Each time I get a new symptom I feel like sending the Dentist a bill that did this to me.I wish i would go with menopause so i could get done with that but at 35 my doc says about 5-10 yrs my mom went through it about 3yrs and shes still having hot flashes, but she no longer has her period or mood swings(thank god) but she was taking some kind of pill from the health store that really helped her.Well thanks for letting me vent and for calming me down.

I know I wish I could send my dentist a bill also LOL!!
I never had problems with my periods either....always had it easy. I always wondered why some women complain and then this hit me and well it really sucked. This month has gotten better but still some problems. I also started taking vitex and evening primrose last month so that could have helped. I also started taking a new probiotic called Dr Ohhira's probiotics 12 plus. I believe it was the probiotics that helped the most. They have alot of good stuff in them and I feel like my body was needing something from these. The vitex might help you, it is suppose to help regulate the hormones.
Well I hope this helps and hang in there. Did they tell you why you had pancreatitis. Just curious, my mom had that at one time.
Take care!!!
