A little more serious answer is that I have taken them usually in morning or afternoon most of the time, but I have not found any difference in results - in fact, I don't even know if the ones I have been taking do anything for me at all.
This product looks good. Have you had good results, Kako?

Thx Tumblweed. I used to take them last thing at night. And I used to take them before food, but I “think” bedtime is best, but…that why I asked as I don’t know.

Probably fine to take them at night - I don't think they are one of those keep you awake items. Because I sometimes lose sleep or wake up in middle of night, I try to take everything in morning or at lunch, unless I know it is OK, then night is fine.
Numbers do appear made up, and who knows if there really is 450 billion cells in these? I mean, like who got the job of counting those?
OF course, everyone wants to sell you something, and lots of times, you can not even tell if the product is doing anything for you or not. Still, it's worth it to try these a lot of things; you sometimes stumble on to a great product. Like, for me, digestive enzymes by Nature's Sunshine - I really think they work well for me.
