I also haven't been diagnosed with anything, but I suspect what I have been suffering from after the amalgam removal is ADD, along with brain fog. I think it is a thyroid related disorder, as some supplements can take away this brain fog curtain, but then I go hyper. However, it's steadily going away, I have less and less brainfog, but I still don't go hyper. I have also started having small headaches. The current theory is that something (mercury, parasites) disturbs T4->T3 conversion, and leaves you in a state where your thyroid functions wrongly, because it compensates for this problem. I have no idea what else could cause ADD problems.. the thyroid is such an important mood regulator that much follows from it, when it works improperly. Of course, only a blatant dysfunction of the thyroid gets detected in a blood test, so you can't often have a diagnosis of this problem.
