Hi Tracey, sorry to hear you're feeling like that,I suppose I'm lucky as when I get angry outbursts they never last long, but can be intense &upseting.I was doing meditation for a while which hugely helped with all of these feelings, but unfortunately I stopped practising, Breathing greatly helps, especially if I'm alone with my little son,I tell him I'm going into the garden for a minute &I kick a ball,or jump on the spot, and finalyy I breathe as slowly as I can, counting up as far as I need to.This is something people often recommend and I never listened but it actually helps. That's all well &good when you're at home &can kick a ball BUT the breath is something you have with you all the time, even away from home.It is a powerful tool to help you relax. I hope this message does not anger you even more!I know when you feel angry &people suggest just breathe, you may not think it is useful advice at all.
I have been using natural progesterone cream since May this year, and I find I am unbelievably more calm now. I take extra cream when &if I feel angry.
Also I usually notice that the angry outbursts I do have coincide with low blood sugar, which is also more balanced since starting the cream. I hope this is helpful in some way. Sunflower

Coffee enemas really help me and some deep breathing and refocusing. Also staying away from my other dysfunctional mercury poisoned family members who don't want to help themselves makes a huge difference.
Have you tried the coffee enemas Tracy or iodine drops, they are one part of the Gerson therapy that were invaluable in helping me cope with my mood swings. I had/have terrible bouts of anger at God and everyone I could think of to blame for my cancer. I also take Rescue Remedy and Ignatia which are homeopathic remedies and they do work wonders. I carry them with me at all times.
And eating a good balanced diet makes a huge difference too, eat small and eat often, and chromium picolinate helps to balance blood sugar too.
I I haope this helps some Tracy, and feel better soon.
best love, Sandi xoxo

Not sure if this will help but wheat or sugar always makes me ANGRY. It just triggers something in me so intense I have no control over it. Avoid it at all costs. I still do get angry without the gluten and sugar but it's a bit more controlled and I don't totally flip out.
And because you asked ...PRAY,PRAY.PRAYand PRAY some more giving all my anger to Jesus helps. You may not be into this but this is what I had to do or else all that pent up anger turns to sickness in my body and I just can't have that, not with a family and kids. hth Hugs, Veg

Hi Veggiemom Various foods used to make me feel like that, plus a whole range of other symptoms.Wheat &sugar are 2 of the big ones, though &I don't touch them anymore. It's great that we realise this because many people experience these reactions after eating foods that don't agree with them, but their diet would be the last place they might look for the culprit. It can be sometimes tricky to identify as some allergies/intolerances have a delayed reaction which sucks because you have to figure out what you ate for the last 2 days! Children can be so sensitive to these foods,I remember a nutritional therapist said to me to watch for reactions from my son,Children are like the canaries in the tunnel, if he has the slightest bit of wheat,he is guaranteed a tantrum later on.I don't give him these foods. The good news is these reactions should not last longer than 3 days,as the digestive tract repairs any damage in that time. And usually it is enough to turn you off the culprit food.

Hi there Sunflower. Thanks for validating this. I thought for the longest time, how could a piece of bread make me angry after all it had no sugar. But I am convinced it turns me into a monster. Ever once and a while I try it and I suffer and anyone in my path suffers.
My kids still eat gluten but hubby isn't quite ready to give it up yet because it dosen't bother him. If I could just get it out of the house entirely it would be a piece of cake to avoid. Take care, Veg

I have never been tested for gluten allergy, but think I am now coeliac,I get ill after eating any gluten foods and also gliadin foods and so I now the grains I can eat are rice, quinoa and millet, and occasionally corn.If I eat gluten or gliadin foods,I first get angry &irritable, but the next day I am phsically sick, and feel exhausted &depressed for about 3 days, sometimes get a 3day "cold"symptoms too. The reason I never got a medical test to confirm I'm coeliac is because it's an intrusive test. And I feel good well alot better off these foods! I have found that I need to vary everything or I become intolerant. These 3 seem to be safe enough,I've never heard of anyone having a bad reaction to rice, quinoa or millet. Sunflower

At my worst one mouthful of white rice made me sick as a dog for 10 days. Thankfully I am over the worst now and I can again eat white rice, if I wish.
Brown rise was always fine.

Hi Tracy, I know about the anger thing, it happens to me all the time. If I get real bad I leave the house and go take a ride by myself and if noises aren't bothering me that day I crank the stereo as loud as I can handle it. I try to stay on my diet as best I can...that also helps me. I also take velerian and st johns wort from time to time, they really have a nice calming effect. Hope ya feel better soon.

Hi Tracy! I have missed you, and wondered how you were doing. It sounds like not too well. I had a spurt of living a fairly normal life for awhile, but things are getting bad again. My mercury overload is getting to be more than I can handle. My mouth is driving me nuts, and I understand the anger part, too. I will pray for you Tracy. Somehow we will get through this.

I have a bad anger streak now and again, I find it mostly happens when the Nascar race is blasting on TV and the hockey game is blaring on the radio simultaneously!!!
