I need some answers. Have been trying for days to get an answer on the Algin. I am really feeling terrible this morning. Woke up with terrible anxiety and burning in my arms. Head squeezing again. Feeling fluish. Feel like total crap. I need to know if anyone has experienced these symptoms after starting the Algin. Please someone, respond. I am going to stop the Algin now till I can get some more information. I am taking it on Russ's recommendation, and I need a response. Ann

Hi Ann. I still don’t know anything about Algin! Sorry.
If u did not have mercury removed last week at the dentist and you think this rough time you are having is due to the Algin…………….then stop taking the Algin.
Did you have amalgam removed last week?
If u did and u are feeling crap, you might have had a little mercury dose, so its probably not the Algin. May I suggest the following?
-Drink lots of water, 2-3 liters per day. Flush those toxins out.
-large does of vitamin C, like 5 grams or 10 grams. Yes, seriously large doses really helps. (When people take IV vit C they get 50 grams! So 5-10 grams will be fine.)
-try increasing your other supplements too.
-if you have ever done oil pulling? try Oil Pulling for 1 hour, changing the oil after 20 minutes each time. This really helps cleaning out your blood. If u have not tried Oil pulling before, go across to curezone and have a read of the forum oil oiling. It is simple and will take 30-40 mins reading to decide if u want to try it out or not. I use Virgin Coconut oil.
-have a hot bath with Epsom salts. 1-2 cups. Upto 30 minutes long if u can take it. If u make the bath really really hot, so that u sweat like crazy(which is a good thing), try hard to have a cold shower afterwards. Just for 1 minute. This will cool and close yr skin. Do not worry about the cold shower you will be hot and sweating within 1 minute after that ending, it is just the surface of the skin that has been cooled and not deep inside. Its something about the acid/alkaline balance of the body. The cold shower helps keep you in balance.
Errmmmm I can’t thing of anything else at the moment. I have been doing all these things recently when I have been in trouble and they really helped me.

Ann, If you think Algin is making you feel this way, then I would certainly consider stopping, though I have never heard of Algin having these effects on people nor do I know how it could being that it is not absorbed and is non-digestible. I would also consider keeping an eye on chemtrails as this phenomenon has been causing me to have severe headaches, sinus pain, fatigue and other symptoms whenever they appear, even when I stay in the house and have all of my air purifiers on.

Hi Russ. Cool research. Thanks for all of them.
Well blow me over and call me a fishmonger! Algin is in “Gaviscon” I took this stuff daily for about 5 years. I had chronic heartburn. At the end I had heartburn 24 hours a day, no matter what I did, what I ate nor what position I was in. With a sad face my doctor told me “Some people don’t get better, you will have to take these pills forever. It is something you will have to learn to live with.” And then he sent me on my way…..i can still see his stupid smug face now covered in fake pity. $Ł$*&^
I can confirm gavison is not harmful.
Well 5 years of taking Gaviscon don’t make the heartburn go away, but I managed to 95pct cure myself in two weeks in spite of stupid doctors (sorry, this really gets me going) telling me complete rubbish like that. What a cock! (sorry, this really really gets me going.) 9 years I had bloody heartburn. 9 years. The solution was so simple too.
My Mum has a friend from church who had heartburn all the time and was tired all the time. You know what the Doc said to her “you should drink lucozade every day, it will give u more energy.” Seriously I swear to god. That is what a doctor told this poor woman. The mind boggles, ahhhhhhhhhhhh
Anyway….i’m rambling….gaviscon is off topic.
Cool research Russ, as ever U Da Man!

Heartburn is tough to live with. When my amalgams were still in, I had horrible heartburn almost daily. I finally tried taking digestive enzymes called Food Enzymes and it went away 100% almost every time. I later learned that one of the many things that mercury does is to reduce the production of HCl (hydrochloric acid) and other digestive enzymes which then causes food in the stomach to produce acid-gas which attempts to escape upward and causes heartburn. When you add enzymes and acid to a meal, the gas does not get produced and the heartburn disappears, plus, your food gets more properly digested. I hope this helps someone.

OTC heartburn antacid products like gaviscon, zantac etc(the list is endless)….work to reduce to amount of acid the stomach produces. This is on the assumption that you have too much acid, this causes the heartburn/acid pain….so reduce the acid to reduce the pain! Right? It may be right for some, but for me it was just plain wrong!
Well….after 9 years of misery…..9 years of taking the wrong drugs…. I discovered this is exactly the opposite of what I need. I need more acid in my stomach. My stomach needs more acid to digest the food I eat, not less.
The stomach is designed to be acidic. The acid digests the food I eat. The normal situation for stomachs is that they are an acidic environment. It is the natural state to be acidic. Not the other was round.
My heartburn was a complete and utter nightmare; I mean it really screwed up my life style big time. It really was 24/7.
My cure was two fold:
1) Diet. I stopped eating wheat and dairy, plus some others too, but the wheat and dairy was the big no-no for me. 2) Apple cider vinegar. Whenever I get heartburn now I drink a small amount of ACV and within 10 mins it is completely gone.
In two weeks these simple measures cured me.
9 years I suffered in ignorance. 9 years my dumbass Doctors told me exactly the wrong thing.

I did the whole Rolaid, antacid thing too for about 20 years and as time went on just got worse all the time. It was nothing for me to put away 3 rolls of rolaids in a days time. No wonder my stomach was so screwed up!!!

Yes and it really sucks doesn't it? Haven't touched an antacid product in 6 years. I was tempted when my h-pylori was raging. But got to thinking about how I used to just walk into the store and buy them and figured I would have good luck with something at the health food store and was right. I found a product that would cure the heartburn and would also kill the h-pylori as well as heal my stomach. Works great for me, a little more expensive than rolaids but helped me a whole lot better than any antacid ever did. I also take licorice. Good for the stomach.

Licorice was a hard one for me at first, never liked it as a kid. I get it in pill form and chew it up right before I eat. Only thing I have found that will kill the pain of an ulcer. I wish it had that laxative effect on me. Sometimes it does and sometimes not. I have all the IBS crap going on, have had for about 10 years but changed my eating habits 6 years ago and helped alot. I did not stick with it like I should have and then with my fillings it just put me over the top, I guess. I also clean apts and houses and am around chemicals all the time too and have been for about 8 years. Guess a combo of it all. Only reason tho I ever took the job was because I felt so bad all the time I could not work more than about 4 hours a day and the money was as good as an 8 hour job. I am currently looking for something else but don't know what I can handle as far as work goes. Being sick like this really hinders you that is for sure.
