If you think Algin is making you feel this way, then I would certainly consider stopping, though I have never heard of Algin having these effects on people nor do I know how it could being that it is not absorbed and is non-digestible.

I would also consider keeping an eye on chemtrails as this phenomenon has been causing me to have severe headaches, sinus pain, fatigue and other symptoms whenever they appear, even when I stay in the house and have all of my air purifiers on.
