LED's and Halogens are good. (LED's cost lots)
"compact fluorescents" are also bad.

i didn't believe until it was proved to me, shown that it screwed me up. seeing really is the only why to believe this weirdness.

Your local muscle tester/kinesiolgiest will be able to demonstrate this to you.
You can teach yourself to muscle test. google it, it will probably only take 30mins, maybe 1 hour. its not difficult.....just another something completly different to get your head around.
