Any ideas to help alleviate a very annoying sinus drip which is interfering with my breathing? i took some guaifenesin and that isn't helping much. I am taking olive leaf extract and grapefruit seed extract. I am wondering if these are helping(die off reaction?) or making things worse. I am also taking plenty of ester c and other vitamins.
