Hi
I got the mole off yesterday.
I prepared well &arrived early at appointment, feeling calm.
This is an unbelievable change since the previous appointment were I left the surgery and could not go through with it.
The difference in me is incredible.

It's been 2 months since I got the last fillings replaced &I'm feeling brighter in general, more balanced.

BEFORE:
The combination of camomile tea ,natural progesterone cream
massaged onto the neck,magnesium supplements,and I felt
beautifully relaxed.
I also took some rescue remedy under my tongue & dropped some onto the mole, before they called me in.

DOCTOR:
I think the doctor may have thought I took the valium after all!
I'll tell him what I did at the next check up.The nurses &doctors I met were really friendly &nice.
For the first time in my life (that I'm aware of) I actually enjoyed a visit to the hospital.I kept telling myself that just because I've never had a nice/positive experience in a hospital, does not mean it will be the same this time and it was not the same at all.
The doctor & nurses were really exceptional.

AFTER:
I prepared well for procedure but did not think ahead to the possibility of being sore after! And so had nothing ready for to help relieve pain if necessary! Doh.
So I took 2 paracetamol when the local anasthetic wore off,(I would never usually take any drugs) but I have not taken any since & don't feel any strong pain just a bit sensitive/tender in the site,I feel a little groggy today ,I feel a bit battered &bruised but a day or 2 taking it easy should help that.
I also gave the surrounding area a little massage with some arnica ointment.I also had a gentle lymph drainage massage &slept for half an hour after, would still be there but had to get up,get some things done.I feel pleasantly tired, like I could sleep for a day or 2,if left undisturbed!

MOLE:
The mole did have a melanoma attached,I asked to see it before I left.
The mole was a bit bigger than a flattened raisin, and the melanoma was about the size a 2 little peas, yellow coloured with the threads attached like a tiny octopus.
I am describing it like this as I'm not familiar with the medical words.

It will be analysed & I will know the results before christmas.
I'll keep you all posted.
