It's going on 6 month's since amalgam removal and last night I had a burst of energy. Don't know where it came from but would like to see more. The only thing is I wish it would happen in the day time... could not sleep last night. I don't feel as bad as I usually do when I can't sleep. Nice feeling. Anyone else have this happen? Thank's Skies

the demands on the adrenal glands lessen as the day goes on ,this is why people with burned out adrenal glands feel much better in the evening ,sounds like your adrenal glands are starting to show signs of repair ( good for you )

Yes I always feel better toward the end of the day, it explains why I have always been a nighthawk. Mercury affects our circadian rhythms....melatonin helps to reset the clock. When we stay up past that second wind, it is very hard on the adrenals. Difficult as it may be, try to go to bed early!!!

Hi everybody Well you were right the energy is gone and now I feel horrible. It's been 2 sleepless nights and now my stomach is messed up again. I was wondering about the liver flushes and could that help with the stomach problems and I have for some reason developed horrible female problems. Never had female problems before and just came on with a vengence when I got so sick. I have been reading so much on liver congestion and was wondering if this could be the problem with the stomach and female problems. I am also menopausal so was wondering if liver flush could help but scared to do it. I've read good things and bad things or could it be that I need to slow down on the detox. Can anyone give any advice on the liver thing. Thanks Rachel

hi rachel : I feel strongly that the key to a efficient detox is to keep the pathways open for the toxins to be released from the body i first started using castor oil packs about almost three months ago they are very effective and easy to use ,inexpensive and will decogest the liver if done 3 times a week for at least 2 months then I would do a liver cleanse , a liver cleanse can be very rough on the system if the liver is congested that is why many homeopathic doctors recommend castor oil packs first for at least 2 months ,here are a couple of web sights that explain in more detail ,both the castor oil packs and liver cleanse have helped me alot since starting them ,my wife has started the castoroil packs last month and realy likes the way they make you feel afterwards ,just remmember that you may feel detox symtoms after the first one or two sessions ,this is expected , this is your body detoxing the liver it may feel like a mild hangover for a day or two . www.curezone.com/cures/castoroil.htmlwww.angelhealingcenter.com/LiverCleanse.html

Hi Mikey Thanks so much I was so afraid to do a liver flush without knowing how badly congested the liver and gall bladder might be...was afraid of stones maybe getting stuck. My worst fear is if something did happen like that the conventional drs. would automatically want to cut me open or give me some pill that could really do damage to the liver. Anyways I am on my way to town for the castor oil and flannel, I really think this will be a lifesaver for me especially since I just cleared h-pylori up about 5 months ago. I will do this for the 3 months and then try a liver flush. Thanks Again! Is your wife finding relief too? Rachel

Sage is suppose to be really good for menopausal women.
Eating basil/cilantro/garlic/olive oil pesto always gives me lots of energy. So I try to eat it a few times a week. I've been using a mixed grain pasta of late with it (Healthy Harvest made by Ronzoni) or spaghetti squash, quite yummy and full of fiber either way.
Lots of energy, nothing makes me feel better than that pesto. Starts kicking in a few hours after eating it. I take about a teaspoon of chlorella 30 minutes before I eat that to help bind the heavy metals.

hi rachel: my wife has more energy and her headachs are starting to go away with every session that she completes , also just wanted to mention that you may want to put on an old shirt while doing the castoroil pack session some times the castor oil will get on your clothing and is hard to get out in the wash

Hi Tracy How are you feeling, better I hope. This female thing has just about done me under. I never had problems before but a year ago it all came on with a vengence. So you get false positives on pregnancy tests. That must have been scary. Everything has come back ok on all my tests and they keep telling me they could give me a magic pill to help me out. I don't think I will stand in line for that bullet just yet. They try to give me this and that and they don't seem to understand the allergies you acquire with mercury poisoning. Of course to them there is no such thing. Right? Even if I didn't have the allergies the meds are just another smoking gun and not for me.

Not good, excellent. Tellin ya... the very best pick me upper. The basil is also heavily loaded with vitamin A.
Use lots of basil, fresh, not the junk powder packaged stuff.
