Well my grandad is 68 and has always been fine but the last few weeks he has been acting weird. He goes all in a different mood change and he gets so confident an cocky and thinks he can do anything. THey call it manic and it scares me and it makes him do things he shouldnt and he goes really...well I dont want to say it here but gets very sexually active. The doctors think he is gone loopy with age but I dont think so. I noticed he has a few amalgams...about 3 or so and wandered if this could be a sign of amalgam poisoning?
PLease help me people think im nuts mentioning this.

Yes, manic depression or bipolar is often undiagnosed mercury poisoning. Did he have a vaccination or dental work done recently? You could do a hair test to check if he meets the 'counting rules' : http://home.earthlink.net/~moriam/HOW_TO_hair_test.htmlHope this helps.

My guess is that it is more likely to be a nutritional deficiency. Perhaps magnesium or B12, or perhaps other B vitamins or calcium. Then again, it might be an omega 3 deficiency. Of course it might be mercury or aluminum toxicity, but imo those are probably less likely than a nutritional deficiency.
