I have posted here before regarding Nickel/mercury toxicity and SEVERE food/chemical intolerances, dramatic weight loss, kidney pain etc, many of the things i tried to detox caused BAD reactions. I am now about four months post crown extraction and amalgam removal. Although i initially felt a little better after removali soon felt as if i were sliping back. I decided to do the Cliffords Test for dental material compatability, the results came back as i expected that i WAS REACTIVE to nickel/mercury, but composites (admira) were okay. I still didnt feel right and candia (small bowel) was resisting treatment even after removal so i decided to do Biolabs Lymphocyte Sensitivity Test, the results were that i was okay with the bond, sealants, but NOT with the actual filling. WHAT ON EARTH DO I USE NOW???

Dentist has said that he will repace them with Fugi, but that is still plastic, and i am sure it would only be a matter of time before i became sensitised to it, i know i am very allergic to phenols, is daimond lite plastic? What about porcelain?

I would be very gratefull for any thoughts. Thankyou

I don't know if this helps but...

Several months to a year after the removal is often a rollar coaster ride. True detox can take years. I'm 5 years post removal (almost to the day) and I still have symptoms when I perform hard work.

I'm about to begin what I call "deep detox" over the next year to help rid myself of remaining mercury. It took years to get in via the blood stream. It can take years to safely remove it via the same "pipe". If you detox too fast, you'll feel horrible.

There are lists of dietary suggestions on this forum. For example, avoid sulphur foods (eggs, garlic). Also, don't try to detox too fast. I detox slowly so I can live and work while I'm getting better. I also don't want to redistribute too much mercury which can happen with an agressive detox, although Algin can help reduce symptoms by hold mercury in the intestine.

Just a thought.

Thanks Russ,

I really do appreciate that detoxing is not an overnight job, i know it takes time. But what i am concerned about is that because i have had my amalgams replaced with an INCOMPATABLE material, any detoxing i have done, or try to do will be futile while my immune system is still under attack. I am just at a loss as what to replace the admira composites with that isnt metal or plastic!! maybe porcelain or diamondlite?

I would WILLINGLY have my teeth extracted if it meant i could regain my health, but the only foods i am not intolerant to are meat and veg, and this has been the case for the last sixteen months, so i NEED my teeth, i weigh less than seven stone now.

I dont expect to get well overnight, but i have put so much effort into trying, colonics, EPD, 200+ hours infrared sauna, kinesiology, five x five hour round trips to get the filings replaced in the first place, i live in the north of England and good holistic dentists are thin on the ground.. NOW i find through testing that i gained improvement from removing metals, BUT now I AM REACTING to composites, i knew i was intolerant to phenol/plastic before having them placed but was told that composite fillings were stable and wouldnt leech, but test shows i clearly AM intolerant.

Hi Ann,

Did your dentist give you a biocompatibility test? If you have one of those done, he/she might be able to suggest a material that is suitable.

I know how hard it is to find a good dentist. I'm still trying! Russ listed some yesterday in the UK that use diamondlite (although the phone numbers didn't seem right). I believe Dr Harvie-Austin in London is the lead in this field, so he might be the best person to see - although going there is a bit scary at the moment. I looked up the dentists listed and there was one in Sussex, can't remember where the other one was.

I saw a holistic dentist in my area this week who was absolutely appallingly awful, both in his knowledge and his manner. I'm very reluctant to try a holisitic one again. He was too extreme, for my taste, as well as arrogant and rude. I just wanted my fillings replaced, not comments on my skeleton and jaw etc.

I want to have biocompatibility test done because I don't want to replace the mercury with something else that might cause problems. I don't generally have allergic reactions to things so I'm pretty sure I won't have a problem with diamondlite, but if possible I would like some kind of test done just to be sure.

Hi Demi,

Yes, i did have the compatibility test done. I had my amalgams removed because lymphocyte sensitivity test showed nickel and mercury to be a problem, plus toxic effects screen test showed liver damage consistant with exposure to niockel, so i had all metal removed. I was assured that the material they were replaced with was highly biocompatable (admira) my symptoms abated for a while, although my diet was still severely limited i began to feel a bit better within myself, then everything came back. I wake up throughout the night sweating and biting my cheeks, other times my mouth is just running.

I have managed to book an appt for replacement for 18 July, Dr R thinks porcelain is the safest of all, but it is £350 per filling!! he will specially order zinc phosphate sealant. He is wary of diamondlite, they do not disclose ALL the ingredients (maybe for fear of been copied)

I know what you mean about some dentists been arrogant. My NHS dentist was the first one i approached with my concerns, she told me there was NO WAY that i would have mercury under my crown and that the crown itself would not have nickel in it, she was very rude. Another dentist removed it, as she told me it would be unethical for her to do so, as it was a healthy tooth. She was wrong it did have mercury under the crown and the crown had a nickel base!!!

I do hope you find a good dentist and can get on with the safe removal of your amalgams.

Good Luck
Ann

Thanks Ann. I'm so sorry for all the stress you're going through. After having the test done, it must be even more frustrating.

I'm "lucky" in that my fillings are shallow and compared to most people here, small in number, and secondly are old so need replacing very soon anyway. My concern is that I can get them done before they fall out.

I have about 3 white composite fillings and as far as I know, haven't had any problem with them (I started to get the fillings 8 years ago instead of mercury). I don't think therefore I will have a problem with diamondlite if it's said to be even less irritant that everything else. I just hope that it's reasonably priced and is okay to have with the composites (I don't want them removed as while they might leak oestradiol, they are small fillings and I don't think can leak enough to cause my high estrogen).

Let us know how you get on!

Hi,
I also did biolabs lymphocytes test and my dentist replaced my amalgams with quartz crystal, mayby that would suit you? Also were you checked for fluoride sensitivity? Because my dentist said that often people with mercury sensitivity there can also be fluoride sensitivity.
Do you live in the UK?
Bye

Hi Eva,

Yes i do live in the UK, and i did the testing through Cliffords and Biolab. Before i have these admira composites replaced with porcelain on zinc phosphate cement dentist reccomended that i do Lymphocyte test for zinc phosphate, i did, the result should be below 100 and is already 80, so it is IFFY, once it is in my mouth 24/7 sensitivity could develop. I would hate to get my fillings replaced again to react to a THIRD substance!! but i am quite desperate to get these composites changed, I will look into the Quarts Crystal, is it a regular material? where did you get your filling replaced?
Many Thanks
Ann

I am very curious about the quartz crystal also. How is it priced, harvested, installed, and how does it wear and last?

Very curious

It's true, DiamondLite does hide some ingredients. My business partner had it put in because it was suggested by the Dentist who was very studied in this issue. I hope it was the right move.

I posted the MSDS for DiamondLite here:

MSDS for DiamondLite

It uses the word "dimethacrylic esters" which bothers me. I believe methacrylate is a BIS-GMA category substance which may not be good. This word is similar. I was told DiamondLite does not cross the blood-brain barrier.

Hi All,

I'm actually going to call the company to see if I can find out for certain whether "dimethacrylic esters" is synonymous with methacrylate (Bis-GMA). Especially since this is what is in my mouth.

I've read that methacrylate can cause elevated estrogen levels in the body. If this is true, the following observations I've made from my own experience makes me think that DiamondLite may be truly free of methacrylate...here's why I think this:

Before my amalgams were removed, I believe I had high estrogen levels...every month my breasts would swell and be painful, I'd have terrible cramping, and my cycles were somewhat heavy and lasted a full 4-5 days. I tried using a natural progesterone cream Pro-G-Yam Cream, but it only seemed to help a little.

Since the removal, my cycles have greatly improved on their own. I have only minor swelling and tenderness, just mild cramping (of course I'm an avid tea drinker so I know I still get some caffeine which can cause cramping due to mineral deficiency), and my cycles are somewhat lighter.

However, now, when I faithfully use the Pro-G-Yam cream, I have almost no swelling or tenderness, no cramping, and a shorter cycle (only 3 days or so).

By the way, I don't take any birth control (haven't for over 10 years), so I know that having the mercury removed and the DiamondLite put in are the only differences.

I'll let everyone know what I find out about the DiamondLite. It may be that there are no "perfect" replacement substances, but DiamondLite is the "least harmful."

If this turns out to be the case, then I'm still much better off than having MERCURY, or aluminum oxide, or some other metal mixture in my mouth!

Hi Demi,

Are you from the North of England? if so, have you found any dentists that use diamondlite in this area.

I have my Biolab results back for the cerec (porcelain) and zinc phosphate (cement) the dentist sent them to Biolab and didnt identify the materials, only numbered them, but it looks like i am strongly reactive to the zinc phosphate. I also worry about aluminium in porcelain. There is no winning is there!!!

He does not use Diamondlite and i am so ill i dont want lots of travelling, plus i can only eat meat potatoes broccoli and cabbage now, so eating away is difficult.

Hi Ann,

I do live in the north (but in Wales). Unfortunately, the only dentists I've found using it are in London and one in Cowborough, Sussex.

I would like one closer, but if need be I will to go to London, although I am a bit scared of going there at the moment. I haven't made any decision yet. It takes about 3-4 hours from here to London by direct train, so I'm hoping to do it in a day.

It is really stressful to know what to replace the fillings with. I've emailed biodent about diamondlite, whether it contains bis-gma or bisphenol a, and hope I get a reply.

I can't find anything out about crystal quartz so think I will go with diamondlite because it's generally said to be highly biocompatible and also is stronger than even amalgam (which was said to be the toughest and most durable, hence why they used it). Also it's tooth coloured, so has a lot of advantages.

Let me know if you find somewhere and what you decide to do

How north are you? I'm about 90 minutes from Crewe and it takes about 90-120 minutes from there to London.

I just got a reply from biodent and they said as far as they know, it doesn't have bis-gma or bisphenol a.

I guess they "should" know for certain, don't quite know what to make of that.

Hi Demi,

Like you i will travel if i have to, i am going to telephone some holistic dentists who are metal free in my area and make some enquiries. I live in East Yorkshire, London would take me four hours. i would have to do it all in one round trip, due to my diet! I REALLY AM intolerant to even miniscule amounts of any foods other than the meat and veg. I am sure it is due to candida caused by my original amalgams and nickel crown, but whilst my immune system is still under attack from these composites i am reacting to i stand little chance of getting it under control.

Isnt it frustrating when you make enquiries about materials and the reply is vague, Lymphocyte sensitivity test showed that my new admira composites are incompatible for me, BUT dentist spoke to rep and he was TOTALLY assured that they had NO phenols in, so there must be something else in them that causes a problem with me. I will certainly test any material before i get it placed. I will let you know if i find anymore info on materials dentists etc.

Take Care
Ann

Yes, yes, yes.

Also, I requested material safety data sheets (MSDS) from some companies on the phone. It took 2 to 3 requests to get it faxed to me in every case. In one case, they faxed the "directions for usage" 2 times before finally getting it right. It never ceases to amaze me. Maybe the employees were on mercury and were having concentration problems.

Absolutely. You would expect the manufacturers to know! There seems to be lots of miscommunication today.

Ann, this looks like quite a good dentist in Bedford:

www.hallvtox.dircon.co.uk

I haven't checked with them, but I read they use diamondlite, use safety precautions (although I don't know about dental dam) and are very reasonably priced i.e. filling for £80-100, compared to say some others at up to £250.

They also offer accommodation if you need to stay over.

Hi,

I'm a new user here and I just read your post about the Hallvtox clinic. I'm really curious to hear about your experiences with them as I 've recently registered with them. I'm due for an (expensive) consultation in December. They seemed to know their stuff but at the same time something about their approach and website makes me feel slightly uneasy. I would appreciate any comments.....

i found a holistic dentist in dorset on the web yesterday,he has a cavitat scan, and talks frankly on his site why he does not use mercury.
moonfleet is the name of the practice,dr hearne.
moonfleet@ahearne30.freeserve.co.uk
i also looked at the hall munroe clinic in uk, i was told to be wary about theit dtox plan, that seems to have claims to work, but is over a short period of time.

hi miriam

moonfleet dental clinic are excellent for cavitations and mercury removal. he uses the correct protocl for mercury removal and has a superb dental nurse who spots if anything has been left in the tooth which shouldn't be there. john aherne trained with wesley shankland, who is the top guy in america for cavitations.
i can't recommend him highly enough. he is very approachable and a really nice guy. if you ring up you will be able to have a telephone consultation with him for no charge.

best wishes crystalgazer.

porcelain should never ever be used because it is harder than the tooth surface and in the book The Tooth Truth" it mentions that at times they add radioactive material to it to make it look more lifelike.

No, I haven't read this book yet, but I am thoroughly convinced that virtually everything dentists do to your teeth - short of extractions - is BAD for you in the long run. Reading the previous post, that even porcelain is BAD, sort of did it for me.

I have several teeth missing, making it necessary for me to choose my diet carefully, ie, no hard, crunchy foods - which would not be good for me, anyway, because I have a few very old fillings hanging around.

Never mind the biocompatibility testing - I am not having anything artificial placed in my mouth ever again. If that makes me a toothless old hag in the years to come, so be it. I am not at all impressed with what passes for "teeth" nowadays, anyway - they look more like giant, whiter-than-white chiclets. For those of you who may not know, Chiclets are a brand of rectangular shaped pieces of gum.

CHICKLETS! Hahhh...I have been saying that same thing myself! Sometimes when it comes to health, maybe no teeth might be the only option. Especially if you system is rejecting all the materials. At least with untinted dentures, you can remove them at night and limit exposure.!

[color:"red"] Did you know this everyone!!!

I heard Fuji has floride in it which is toxic, also porcelein is made out of about 45% aluminum oxide on the white part of the crown. Aluminum causes Alzeimers. Its called porcelein because of its white color, not because its made of porcelein. Also the inside of the crown, the part that is silver colored is nickel which is also cancer causing. Direct and indirect white composites have bis-phenol A and bis-phenol GMA which are basically the same thing. They are an estrogen producing substance that can cause many female problems including breast cancer. For 25 years I've been suffering from health problems from heavy metals such as porclein, nickel, and mercury and some direct composites and I almost died from it.

So I had them removed about 3 months ago, but instead of replacing these with safe non-toxic materials per my request. I got a mouth full of white direct composites which have bis-phenol A in them. This made me furious after telling the dentist I already was infertile and had Poly cistic ovarian syndrome which is caused from too much estrogen already! Now I'm terrified that I'm really going to end up with breast cancer because he filled everyone of my teeth with this on the bottom of each tooth as well as near the gum line. Also I paid $15,000. for this cancer causing junk after telling him I wanted the safest thing there was because I felt I was going to die very soon ! ! !

Not only that, but I also ended up with Lingual and Inferior Aveolar nerve damage. My tongue is still numb, I can't eat anything or brush my teeth without suffering excruciating pain! And its only getting worse. Also I can't taste my food very much anymore from the numbness. I can only drink liquids and purrees, even soft noodles are painful to eat.

I have my temporary crowns still in my mouth and told the dentist that I'm going to fly back home because I did not trust him to put the permanent crowns in after all that. So now I'm some what in the same situation as you are except probably worse. I too am trying to find what safe dental materials to use to replace these composites and permanent crowns with.

So far, through my research I've found that laboratory processed composites are the safest for white fillings or crowns. Also that Biodent Laboratories did thorough testing on the Diamond crown,Diamondlite, Diamond link, and I think its called the diamondbond, and all of these passed the tests. The tests were The ISO and ANSI tests. Alot of Dental labs only do the minimal requirements for testing and do a "pass" which is good enough by law but the materials can still be toxic for the consumer. So ask the Lab to fax you the Material Safety Data Sheet to find out whats in your dental materials. Then ask if they did a complete testing on them. Ask if they just did a "pass" or the ISO and/or ANSI complete tests, and what were the results of the tests.

I also found that about 85% high grade gold with about 15% platinum, and less than 1% of iridium is the best. Although iridium is toxic its non-reactive and doesn't leach out, this is called holistic gold. I need to look at my notes again and confirm this information, also I need to see if I can find the labs phone number. This is all I know right now and hope that these 2 choices are the safest. To really find out more, I'm going to have to do more research. Theres a web-site that I'm still trying to learn how to use since its so large, called "Medline." It gives information of toxic materials and more.

I also took an Individual bio-compatibility test to see if I was allergic to certain dental materials which I think is a farse ! This test said I was least reactive to the filtrex supreme direct white composites even though It had estrogen producing substances in it. Just because you're not allergic to a toxin dosn't make it a non-toxic material which will eventually make you sick and kill you ! ! I wasn't ever allergic to any of the heavy metals in my mouth, but it was making me more and more sickly throughout the years. It was not until resently I had become allergic to them after they lowered my immune system. I've heard of Kiniseology which is musel testing. It seems like this would be a more accurate test to me. I think it checks the Individual bio-compatibility as well as the generally compatibility for most everyone.

I wish I knew all this before and I wish I knew about the risks of nerve damage before hand. To avoid nerve damage which can be permanent, tell the dentist not to use "Articaine" which is also called "Septocaine". This novicaine is used by some dentists, but alot of them don't use it anymore since it can cause nerve damage. Also don't get IV Anesthsia at the same time, as any kind of novicaine while pulling or working on the 3rd lower molar, may cause nerve damage. Too much novicaine, the injection poking the nerve, wiggling the needle, or pulling a tooth can all also cause nerve damage. I had a 9 hour surgery on all my teeth at once by a biological dentist in Colorado Springs and was put to sleep at the same time, which I will never recommend to anyone since a person is unaware of what might go wrong !!!

I learned that accupuncture and /or low level laser has gotten rid of some peoples nerve damage, if you don't wait too long to get it. I 've heard a few horror stories about getting surgery when these people got even more nerve damage on the other side of their mouth and face.

I hope I helped you somewhat. Its very hard to find a dental material that is totally non-toxic which makes me extremely mad! Its a shame that they can't think of a material that is 100% safe!

God bless you and I hope you find the right material. Please forgive the grammer. My writing has gotten far worse along with my speech after the heavy metal poisoning and nerve damage! I know what I want to say and write but I can't remember the words, spelling, or the order of a sentence to get the message accross to someone else sometimes. I use to be able to speak and write with excellent grammer, but thoughs days are over. [color:"red"]

Scarlet,

Wow, I'm so sorry to hear about what you've been through.

Looking back on my life I cannot imagine how different it would have been if I never had a filling. In fact, I'm convinced that I never had a cavity, based on my memory of what happened during my dental appointments.

...And the idea of putting mercury or aluminum in someone's mouth is criminal. Because mercury is well-known to be highly toxic, it should be treated in the courts exactly the same as if someone put arsenic in your mouth. Plus, we're not talking about teenagers or some uneducated people making this call. This was done by an association of medical professionals that is supposedly looking out for your health and welfare and because of this, they implicitly declare themselves experts.

The courts should be slammed with cases putting these people in prision for each life they've destroyed.

The suffering these people have cause is immeasurable.

[color:"red"] Hi Russ Tanner, I could not agree with you more!!! I believe we should all stick togather and fight this all the way to the supreme court. I have many ideas about how we can make our voices heard.

I will get back to you soon on this also I will e-mail you my story so you can put it on many places where people can see it.

I have lots of notes that need to be organized with my story and information I have found. It will take a while to get everything ready, slowly but surly I will be e- mailing the forum and you every week.

I'm alot more slow now because I can't remember the right words, spelling, or sentences to use when I speak or write. I can only think of what I want to say but I cannot communicate it to others. I must make a concionce effort to try to remember the things that came so naturally before. I use to have excellent speech and grammer before I got really sick with heavy metal poisoning and nerve damage.

I was a teacher for 30 years mainly for children. Now I feel like I'm partially retarded because I have to go over each letter I tpyed about 8 times in order for anyone to understand it even alittle bit.

My fiance wants to correct my letters for me which I think is very nice of him. But I'm afraid I'll become even more incompitant if I relie on other people to use their brains for me. I believe if you don't use it you'l loose it. This condition is getting worse too.

I'm so happy that I found this web-site. I was going to have one just like you because I wanted to help people too, But since my mind isn't working very well, I believe the Lord would rather have me write my story and helpful information on your web-site.

I'm in the arts and I'll explain soon what I would like to do to get the public and dentists attention if my mind doesn't get any worse.

Until next time thank you so much for being such a kind and caring person to have so much compassion for us all on this forum and for everyone who has suffered the same way we have.

May God bless you, and your forum!

I would always tell the dentist what you want him to use as a fillings material. He is working for you and you have the right to get what you pay for.

All the best

I didn't think about it at the time, i thought all white fillings were safe. I only have 3, so il keep them in for a while, then get them extracted over the next few mths, at least i know i will be metal free. What a waste of money!

I got my fillings replaced at a holistic dentist , and i have just found out that they used GC Fuji LC in one and Esthet.x in two of them. I rang them up about the aluminium and fluoride in them and my symptoms and i have to go and see them this afternoon.

The first dentist I went to see wouldn't tell me what he was using, just that "it's better than amalgam". I said that wasn't a good enough answer to me and that I wanted to know exactly what it was so I could research it, and if possible for him to find out where he could get diamondlite and how I could be tested for compatibility with it.

Well, he looked at me like I was nuts and was extremely rude to me the whole time and never told me what he was using. In the end I decided to look only for a dentist who uses diamondlite and all precautions to save myself the trauma of going through that again. I was in tears after that visit as he was so nasty.

My current dentist isn't cheap, but not much more expensive than other dentists - the dentist above was going to charge £100-160 a filling and this dentist charges £130-250 - but uses diamondlite and precautions and can arrange biocompatibility tests for those who want them.

I'm sorry to say but I pretty much don't trust anyone on anything. I need to look up everything for myself. I've been bitten too many times.

Wow, Dawn, please let is know what happens.

Most people get replacements using DiamondLite, but I think you already know that. Why did they choose that particular type of material? Did he explain why?

My dentist had never heard of diamondlite, she says she was learning from me. The material they use she says has never been a problem for anyone else, but she did say that if i had asked for diamondlite they would have got some for me. At the time i didn't know about white fillings being toxic, i dont think many people do! She did say though that if diamondlite filling material was that expensive she wouldnt get that many customers, but i think people should be given a choice.

Let us know how you get on today, Dawn. I'm thinking of you. I had an extraction a few weeks ago.

I don't think diamondlite costs much more than regular white fillings, if at all. I just don't think it's widely known in this country. I only know of a handful that use it. It's good your dentist was willing to look into getting it.

Also, you would think that if diamondlite is the current best, then people would want to use it, even if it was a little more expensive, and dentists would want to use it in the interest of their patients health. People think nothing of spending a lot of money on clothes or hairdos and even things like designer perfume, and yet when it comes to a filling that is in their mouth for many years with possible health repercussions, they will go for what saves them a few pounds. I can understand it for students and others on a budget, but for the wage earner who spends without a thought on other things, I don't get it.

I just read your post, Scarlet. I'm so very sorry for all you've been through, sounds horrific. You are clearly a very brave person and an inspiration to everyone here.

When I was getting my wisdom tooth out last year, the surgeon who was removing it was angry that I had not been told about possibility of nerve damage - they laid it on me just as I was about to go in. I consequently cancelled as I was freaked out of my wits, and he wasn't pleased at all with the way the previous consultant hadn't mentioned anything, espeically considering I have an anxiety and dental phobia problem. I had to go to hospital to have the tooth out because it was in an awkward position (half sticking out, but the rest into the cheek and gum). I had no choice except to have it out as it was decaying and after the last infection I got which swelled up my face I was terrified of potentially serious complications of not getting the surgery done, but it was a year before I could face going there again. They wanted to knock me out because of my anxiety problems, to which they referred me back to my doctor as it was way above the average patient, but in the end I did it just with the injections. I don't know what they used, though, but I was extremely lucky that the tooth came out in seconds. I usually try to endure fillings and dental work without injections - even had a root canal done without one. I had to have a lot of injections for this recent tooth extraction and surgery and got bruised as a result.

I will pray for your improvement, strength to cope, peace of mind and happiness. God bless you and heal you.

I had the root canaled tooth pulled out yesterday, it didn't take long i was finished in 20 mins, there as no infection. I have had no pain so far, lets wait and see, sometimes it gets painful after 24 hrs.

That's great, Dawn I'm glad there was no infection. Could have meant having to have the bone cleaned etc, and you've been through enough lately!

Hi Dawn.

My cold is "in the process" of clearing up, at least I hope so, lol, thank you for asking . I haven't been at all well this week and still spending most of my time in bed (just got up 3.30pm today). It was definitely a flu-virus, though. A couple of other people I know have come down with it. I still have a sore throat, but am a lot better than I was a couple of days ago. I think with my immune system already being challenged with the mercury, flus like this whack me out more than they should.

I'm not going back on the magnesium citrate, though, given my citrus allegery, just to be on the safe side. Otherwise my mercury symptoms seem better this week, ironically - or I am just not noticing them as much with the other things. But I definitely suffer when I stop taking multi-vit with B12 and vit c, as I skipped them a couple of days this week and got pins and needles in the night. Took them yesterday and was ok last night.

Hope you get a speedy recovery from the tooth extraction.

hi, I'm just another person going through dental hell and really want to know why you so heartily do not recommend the Hall Munro people. I'm going to someone else but am not getting to the route of my problem and someone I vaguely know swears by the HallMunros...HELP
