Another thing that helped get rid of the EBV was hydrogrn peroxide. I bought food grade hydrogen peroxide put 10 drops in a glass of water and drank it. That really got rid of the EBV and made me feel a lot better. If you can't get a hold of the homeopathic I mentioned above you should try the peroxide.

Gosh Colin I got a really bad reaction, die off I guess, from just taking a couple of drops, I wouldn't start out with 10, that would have done me in!!! But I use it to gargle and rinse with, diluted to the proper strength of course and I use it instead of chlorine bleach with all my cleaning. Just don't spill any on your hands when it is full strength, it is very caustic!!! Sandi xoxo
