I am just hanging on for these test results at the moment and don't really feel I can do anything constructive until I know what's what. But I have to say I feel truly crap. I am willing to wait for the results, which hopefully will come at the beginning of this week and listen to advice from the private doctor, but it's a serious question, I havn't tried much at all as am worried about such frightening results of trying things. Has anyone really found something that has made them feel a lot better. I know a few people have said mornings seem to be their worse time of day. Definately mine too and then feel better in the evening. I've been trying to puzzle this out and can't come up with any rational answers. Anyone any ideas. As there ever been such a weird and puzzling illness. All my love Tracy xxxx P.S. My daughter decided she had to make Scotch pancakes this morning, boy was that hard going. She copied a recipe off the internet, which said they must be cooked on a girdle? Got stuck there none of us pocess one. xx

I can say that I am felling better. I am about 1-1/2 year post amalgam removal. I have chelated with DSMA and ALA using Cutlers protocol. I was not in a hurry with the chelation, I just listened to what my body was telling me and chelated when I felt up to it. I recently had bloodwork done and my cholesterol level has dropped down from aroud 200 to 167 and tryglicerides are down from 250 before amalgam removel to 150. I am also finally off all prescription meds as of three weeks ago. I can say that my marriage is doing alot better, my wife will attest to this. I am easier to get along with and don't try to shut her out. I also don't snap at her any more. I am so glad that I was lead to the amalgam removal, I can't imagine where I would be today if it was not for getting that poison out of my mouth. My wife and I will be celebrating our 20th anniversary this year and I don't know that we would have made it with the mercury still in my body. I pray that this will give you some hope that it is possible to recover.

hi tracy : we share the same symtoms when I was at my worst, mornings were the worst for me , I had the clinic do a blood cortisol test fiirst in the morning and another in the evening , with me my morning cortisol was very high and can give you the same symtoms of low cortisol ,which include depression ,fatigue ,and just feeling like crap untill evenings time you may want to consider this type of blood work , it is fairly quick and inexpensive ( take care tracy and hang in there)

Have any of you tried exercise? I know it's the last thing that you'd think of but I have found that it has helped me alot. I found a second hand treadmill(which is great for those of us that get anxiety going out) I started out just walking a slow pace of a 1/4 mile then 1/2 m I've even started up jogging during part of it. Sometimes I have to force myself to go walk on it but then you get energy going....I've noticed a decrease in my anxiety.

"Has anyone really found something that has made them feel a lot better"
Often what makes you feel worse short term is what is healing you. Getting rid of candida is important. What makes you feel better shorter term might be what makes you sicker though. That is the paradox of candida.
