I forgot to add in my last post. Does anyone know if candida can inhibit sex drive and/or contribute to "ED" erectile dyfunction? I'm beginning to wonder if that could be part or all of the problem. He seems to think it cause hes overweight (40 lbs) and possibly due to having a vasectomy 7 yrs ago. Any thoughts on this? hi diane tilson : e.d can be caused be many things , but the good news is it can be corrected fairly easily ,most of the time it is caused by a hormone imbalance ,testoserone and estrogen when in sync relate to a normal sex drive ,but as men age estrogen starts to increase and lower testosterone levels causing e.d and most of the weight gain problems and drinking alot of alcohol can make matters worse , I recently had the opposite problem where my sex drive was to high and found out that one of the herbs that my doc put me on for liver detox was causing the overly increased libido,I have corrected the high libido problem and can tell you that the herb that I am taking will increase testoserone and libido as my blood work had showed in my last testosterone test

1000 mg tribulus -to increase libido and testosterone
50 mg zinc - to keep estrogen levels in balance
125-300 mg saw palmetto extract -to keep DHT levels in balance and also protects prostate

p.s a vesectomy will only affect sperm production and will not affect testosterone production.
if you are worried about candida then taking olive leaf extract daily will keep candida levels in check
