t it frustrating when you make enquiries about materials and the reply is vague Yes, yes, yes. Also, I requested material safety data sheets (MSDS) from some companies on the phone. It took 2 to 3 requests to get it faxed to me in every case. In one case, they faxed the "directions for usage" 2 times before finally getting it right. It never ceases to amaze me.
