I do try, my anxiety has gone sky high this week and I really don't understand why. I was doing really well withdrawing from the sedatives and getting out a bit more. I don't know why it's got so bad again. I think I've had my eveloped pushed a lot during the last 6 months. As if the illness isn't bad enough, son left home through terrible circumstances, mum trying to commit suicide 4 times and then my sister dying unexpectedly. I know we all have so much to bear on this forum and I try not to feel sorry for myself, cos I care loads about all the people on here. I sometimes don't think it's myself I feel sorry so much for, but my children and partner, I desperately want to be well for them. I understand the anxiety, it's bizarre, I ask myself, " ok what are you anxious about" and I really can't answer it, it's just there. Poor Keith has a very painful swollen knee, bless him. Thanks for your post, and bless you, hope you have a good day! Love Tracy x
