And just when you think things cant get any worse, Keith just fell through the loft ceiling, big hole in bedroom ceiling. I swear to God we are cursed.

I know its hard some days and God says he will never give you more then you can handle but, sometimes, I think He pushes the envolope. Something I've tried to do is be thankful for what I DO have. For example, if I'm complaining over doing dishes, I stop and sometimes thank God that I am able bodied. (Even if I'm not always able minded <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />) I have anxiety disorder. Be thankful that your man didn't get hurt when he fell through, its easier to fix the ceiling then it is a person. These are things I try to think, although it is hard when your having a rotten day. Try and cheer up, there is always someone else out there that is worse off then you are <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I do try, my anxiety has gone sky high this week and I really don't understand why. I was doing really well withdrawing from the sedatives and getting out a bit more. I don't know why it's got so bad again. I think I've had my eveloped pushed a lot during the last 6 months. As if the illness isn't bad enough, son left home through terrible circumstances, mum trying to commit suicide 4 times and then my sister dying unexpectedly. I know we all have so much to bear on this forum and I try not to feel sorry for myself, cos I care loads about all the people on here. I sometimes don't think it's myself I feel sorry so much for, but my children and partner, I desperately want to be well for them. I understand the anxiety, it's bizarre, I ask myself, " ok what are you anxious about" and I really can't answer it, it's just there. Poor Keith has a very painful swollen knee, bless him. when im anxious for no apparent reason in my life,its mercury doing its thing,i have tried to snap out of it but its impossible,it goes when it wants to, the rollercoaster i call it.
you cant talk mercury into being nice! its grim.

God will never give you more than you can handle,im not so sure! people take their own lives everyday,we all have different mental pain thresholds. i am one of the weak ones and i do get scared sometimes incase my depression could possibly send me over the edge. it hasnt quite done it yet but still i worry, because when that feeling comes something takes over.

I have visited places like haiti where voodoo and curses are part of there religion ,I have seen how the mind can be tricked to think you are truly cursed , but the mind can also be used to heal ,the mind is a very powerfull thing ,we have the choice to think bad thoughts or good ones.

Funny you should say that Benza, but Ive already been told that, I know some people on this forum will say what a load of crap. But my Grandma was aRomany gipsy and I hav ebben told by a very rational person that a curse was put on our family years ago by another Gipsy family. I was in town last year and a woman called me across the road and said you are a Romany gipsy, you have been very ill and gave me a crystal. Well i dont look anything like a Gipsy, I hav eblonde hair and light skin. It has taken me half an hout to writ this post. Bless you Tracy x

hm that is possible...i've heard some stories like that. in chinese culture there's this black magic called gong tao. i think it's like voodoo or manipulation. my mom told me in china that some people can get your time and date of birth or other things tied with your "fate" and they can manipulate you and your luck. or that you can "catch" an evil spirit. i can't translate word for word, but it's like if you're having a bad day and you end up going to a cemetery or somewhere that somebody recently died, an unfriendly spirit can latch on and you might get cursed. there's some stuff about pissing off spirits too and you get cursed. supposedly there are some things you can do to get it reversed, but idk maybe you can try reversing your luck if you believe in it. i'm not sure how much i believe in curses, but my mom is making me try them.

Tracy and Jinx.... as long as you can still eat and eliminate, there is hope....have you guys tried coffee enemas, they work so great for me. They cleanse the liver and perk me up just like a mini vacation...they truly are amazing!!!
And please don't call God sadistic Jinx, the mercury is Satan's doing. Maybe if you let God into your heart, you will feel the strength to carry on.
I will pray for you both and for Keith too, I hope he recovers fully and you all feel better soon.
