You are so disconnected from your own logic here that when I gave them to you previously, you said you would not listen to them. Now, a couple posts later, you say you want to hear them.

Do you see the fundamental problem here?

With all due respect Linda, there are some fundamental conflicting beliefs inside you. You honestly need to work at eliminating them, but this will only come with humility.

Do you see how you are believing that you are someone that you are not?

What allows you to discern truth is the same mechanism that allows you to build a puzzle without forcing the pieces together.

All of this is why I say it's so very important to thoroughly know yourself before embarking on a quest for truth.

Well, about showing you evidence of the Bible predicting the future, I already have but I will do it again for you. There are countless examples and they are very impressive indeed.

Let's stick to a simple one so we can stay focused.

Now, please tell me how this prophecy could have been predicted centuries ago when no such technology existed. And tell me how this could have been predicted in the context of the current time (which is established in context but that involves other prophecies so we'll get to that later for simplicity's sake).



If you use this as a basis for determining the truth, then your inability to discern logic is clear indeed. I don't mean to offend you, but any honest friend would have to tell you this.

There is no evidence for truth in numbers of believers. This should not even be a factor, yet you should ask yourself why you bring this up.

For example, you would be the first to say most people believed the Bible at some location at some time in history. Logic asks, does this make it true? By your assertion, the answer would be yes, but this is clearly a poor way to arrive at conclusions in life.

As another example, most dentists believe that amalgam is safe. Well, it turns out that the ADA is only protecting it's financial (and legal) position. This claim had nothing to do with science.

The current position of evolution is the protect (and embellish) the financial position of those who promote it, at the highest level.

You clearly have the inability to believe in large-scale white collar crime (yet you accuse Christians of it, in essence), and this inability to believe this along with your personal desire to believe evolution makes you fertile ground for becoming the enslaved subject that you already are without realizing it.

Now, with your faith in evolution secure, the powers-that-be have all of the justification they need to remove your personal rights in the name of security.

I honestly could write volumes about known lies and vast deceptions in "science", education, government, business, law, medicine, and so many other areas that I've studied. You need to realize that given the guarantee that they will not be caught, and given a reasonable reward (bribe), a shocking number of people will do bad things (things that harm others for their own gain). Most also do not realize that a significant number of those types of people enroll in politics and executive corporate management.

The bottom line is (as I've said before) you have failed to realize how people deceive themselves. People can talk themselves into just about anything if they have the desire to, and as they deceive themselves over and over, their consciences become weakened which enables them to do more hideous things.

It does not matter how much training you have. Self deception is rampant today in all fields and cultures.

Have you heard about Nazi Germany. Tell me, do you believe a large number of people were deceived or not. Be honest.

Credentials don't make you a logical thinker. In fact, people with credentials tend to be followers more often (not always) than those without. You really need to come to this realization in your life so you will be less inclined to take blind faith in the people who teach you things.

You said you always question. Again, this is in contradiction to believing that people would amend their views if new information became available. If people had this kind of integrity, then why is there a need to question Linda. If these people where all honest, they would have no need of accountability (which is effectively what "questioning" is).

Humility and accountability make people logical thinkers, not credentials, not education, not training. We must move beyond this vast, blind and naive faith in the integrity of people, otherwise you are again primed and condition for deception. You are a subject.

No, actually I came up with this "rock-to-man" analogy on my own long before I ever knew Hovind. You think you know me but you have no idea what I know and how long I've studied these things.

Interestingly, I came to this analogy for the same reason Hovind did; Because we both looked at the evidence and came to the same conclusion. We also are not swayed by the naive belief that credentials give a person the ability to think logically.

Furthermore, you have to realize that the same physical rules govern both electronics and biological systems.

Let me attempt to boil it down for you.

There are certain rules (you call them laws) that exist that science knows about. These rules don't change over time.

We know that these rules cannot act upon matter to form complex systems. This is well known.

Evolution simply says that these rules can act upon matter to form complex systems given a large enough number of events (remember the addition of time isn't about time, it's about increasing the total number of events; a factor used to confuse people).

The fundamental problem here is that the rules don't change over time no matter how many events transpire.

This fundamental truth is ignored and attempted to be evaded by evolutionists.

Now, I may explain this further in a future post, but for now, I truly hope people can see that a belief in evolution is truly a belief in magic, because it opposes the knows laws of physics (rules) and demands a faith in a physical rule set that does not exist.

You can add time, events, salt, and pepper if you want, but the rules of physics remain.
