In essence, anyone who has never bothered to explore their own roots cannot be trusted to give very much valuable insight in regard to anyone else's. Being fully cognizant of one's own beliefs is a prerequisite. All you are actually saying, despite your attempts to appear knowledgable, is that since you do not know or fully understand why you believe what you believe, then therefore the same must be true of everyone else.
