I am not trying to persuade you. But your discussion fails right there because you have no foundation to discuss the things you are dscussing, no foundation to make the judgements you are making, except, the little ideas that pop up in your head to carry you along.
Modern psychology defined pretty much the same thing as Super-ego (higher thoughts, good conscience, Godly thoughts), Ego (you, the middleman), and ID (bad conscience, evil thoughts). I think it was Carl Jung who went as far to say that most people, though they are aware of their 'id' they rarely have the strength to confront it. For the most part though, psychology loses the spiritual essence of who we are by these same definitions.
It's very easy to generalise. It protects you from having to put your money where your mouth is, because when you give specific examples people can challenge you. I'm waiting for you and Russ to give the examples I was asking for. Can you make a logical case for yourselves? How is science so wrong?
Oh. Well that's interesting. Because I have given you, in the past, examples, even here i posted a picture of an angel which you laughed at... Russ has given you example after example after example... either you are completely blind or completely illiterate if you have mssed them... the thing is really, you never ever give a rational real life example of anything... just the little thoughts that pop up in your head.... and by which I refuse to be carried along. You seem to have a desire to simply waste every one's time by requiring examples but never giving any yourself. Do your own research if you need examples, because whenever someone else gives you one, you ignore it and pretend like it never happened.
