The Bible, which is the foundation for "Christianity" teaches love, freedom, personal rights, ownership, and principles of life that when employed properly—such as in the founding of the United States—has only led to peace and prosperity. This is history. Those with no Biblical background have no basis for understanding how true this is. (Don't believe that you can get your Biblical education from the Discovery Channel.)
People who say things like "you can't mix government and religion" have no fundamental understanding of the fact that every law is a moral judgment. Every law is, in fact, a religious statement. The only question in forming a government is:
Which system of moral law will we follow?
Those who are educated in these subjects will quickly realize that every democracy quickly degrades into a fascist state. Again, this is history, and in fact, this is the purpose of the spread of democracy in the world today:
The establishment of a one-world socialist government; a fascist super-state.
Without Christian (Biblical) laws to buffer the powers of this super-state, this world-government will continue to degrade into feudal-serf system continually diminishing the rights of individuals. This degradation will be promoted into acceptance, and it will be accepted by a people purposefully ignorant of Biblically-established inalienable rights. The necessity of this degradation of personal freedoms will be justified in the minds of its subjects as the price of "security". The United States is already well engrossed into this state of affairs as I write this.
Eventually, the people of this new global fascist state will be required to receive a mark on their right hand or forehead in order to conduct any type of commerce. This will also be done in the name of security.
In the end, people will (globally) realize what true Christians already (should) know and the Bible warned us about, and this is that the world has been duped by a decidedly anti-Christian, power-hungry group of deceitful super-wealthy persons info accepting and believing anti-Christian ideologies that only lead to the disintegration of civilization.
This is your wake up call.
"And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six."—Revelation 13:16-18
