Yeah, I stopped the P&B shakes now. I have been feeling rough a bit recently…it might be because I have reintroduced sulphur foods to my diet……need to do some experiments…..i been gorging on cheese. I love cheese. I miss cheese. And I found some un-pasturised cheese that is wonderful…..however I think I over did it….so off all sulphur foods for a few days….to see what happens with the headaches. I will eat a load of sulphur foods in a couple of days and see what happens.

I am jealous….big tomatoes…..my garden is growing in slow motion…..weather has chilly and rainy for a couple of weeks…..needs a week of hot sun…..

I think my garlic may be ready….need to dig it up and have a look.

Good luck with HW for your daughter…..that is something I will have to do at some point….not sure when……..not yet me thinks.

My one week old son only woke up once last night for feeding….that is super cool. My wife is a hero. Felix was also sleeping in a moses basket. The mattress was real 100pct plastic…cheap at chips…. Yesterday his organic mattress was delivered and he slept on that last night…I wonder if that made a difference?…We will never know….but I do know the organic mattress thats chem free cannot harm him.
