I really do find enema’s a chore, so I gonna stick with the psyllium for a while. My clay has not arrived but I will do them together when it does.

I still/always have zillions of things going on all the time anyway, I been dry-skin brushing everyday for a month now….its real good for me. hot and cold showers every day…etc. Gonna re-start chelating this week too. Not really looking forward to that…I gotta monkey about with the timings and further reduce the time intervals…..monkeying about sometimes leads to trouble so I must be careful.

Yeah, my works is going well at the moment too. I did a big deal yesterday. Pretty happy about that. A proper BIG deal, big enough keep me in herbs & spices & all things nice for the next 5 years;-) Really was a BIG BIG deal. They don’t come around very much either. I been working me socks off on that. Last year, no way would that have been possible in the state I was in….or should I say planet I was on.
