I boil a real big potful (about 3-4 gallons, covered) for at least ten minutes early in the morn (kill any cysts etc) and let it cool a while and then put it in a sinkful of cold water (because it takes way too long to cool down by itself) till it reaches a warm but useable temp. Warmer than body temperature is where I start, by the time I am done (about an hour) the last bit is usually down to about 90 degrees F. I start extra warm because anything above 102 kills viruses so for that added benefit, start warm but if it feels at all very very warm or even a tad hot on your behind it's too hot yet.

VCO makes a good lubricant btw.

That'll save ya hundreds in pro-hydrotherapy fees. baby on the way, better DIY huh? Not fun but well worth the chore.

I need the wormwood to deworm the family, too many bought supplies gets expensive real quick. Makes me a bit zany but it does work for sure, adds an extra touch to the walnut hull (my walnut hull brew is better than the humaworm caps btw, I am sure by now) I am planning on starting picking walnuts early in the season to get the kid done proper before she heads back to school for fall.

and the milk thistle... I bought some and I really like it, makes me feel really good. So I want it around all the time, no need to spend money on a roadside weed i figure, plus fresh is always best and then I give it to friends too. I would like my friends to be around a long time with me, I get lonely <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/unsure.gif" alt="" />

I should get some empty gelcaps.

3 days in a row huh? Ouch.
